They bring you surprise dishes made with local ingredients, like a perfectly balanced Panzanella that tastes like a Tuscan summer in every bite. And the real magic happens in the kitchen, where the owner’s mom is cooking whatever she feels inspired to make that day in addition to the normal menu items. Her food is soul-warming, rustic, and impossible to replicate. You must—MUST—try whatever she’s serving. It will be one of those meals you talk about for years. This isn’t just a meal. "Absolutely amazing! It has been more than a year since I celebrated my birthday in this wonderful location. It was not planned at first but we just saw a bunch of locals standing out in front, having wine and decided to give it a try. The initial curiosity turned into a memorable night which ended with the owner and his mother having a farewell drink with us and us being allowed to write largely on to the wall to commemorate this wonderful evening."
